We seem to be losing concentration during raids - people not listening to instructions, doing their own thing, constantly questioning, etc. If we want to progress, then we need to put a stop to that and start working as a team. We might get away with a bit of sloppyness in a 10 man raid, but that's likely to lead to a wipe in heroic raids. Please remember the following when raiding (both 10 and 25 man):[/b]

1) Ensure you sign up in plenty of time. Don't log in 5 minutes before the raid is due to start and ask if there's a spot for you. It's highly likely there won't be (especially in 10 man). The team is normally picked the day before the raid, so sign up as soon as possible

2) Make sure you prepare properly. See the news article about raid preparation for more details.

3) The raid leader is in charge. Do not keep asking if the raid can do this or the raid can do that if the raid leader has already said otherwise. A good example is OS - if the raid leader says that no drakes are going to be left up, do not keep asking if we can leave one up.

4) During a boss fight, cut out the chatter. The only person you should hear during a boss fight is the raid leader. The exception to this rule is if you are affected by a special attack in a boss fight - for example if you're ice blocked when fighting Kel'Thuzad just say your character name followed by "ice blocked".

5) The loot master is in charge of distributing the loot. Do not question the loot master. Your list is not the same as their list. Just because you are number 24 on the raid list does not mean you are number 24 on the loot list. The loot list can change order. You might be number 24 on 1 boss but number 22 on the next boss but only the loot master can see that.

Any person who continually questions or argues with either the raid leader or loot master will be warned about their behaviour. They will only get ONE warning. If it happens again they will be expelled from the guild and will not be allowed to return.
